The
2007/8 Research study in Tasmania is now in the final stages of
collation of results and will be completed by early next year.
A
second Research study has begun in early October for babies under
six months old. This research was kindly funded by the Heirisson
Rotary Club of Perth and the Stan Perron Foundation.
The
initiative to start a Community Care day each week for families on
the programme, as aftercare began earlier in the year in the SW of
WA and has been very successful.
The
first KIDSCODEŽ practitioner has completed her first year of training
and supervision with families.
The
first training of teachers and teachers aides has been completed in
Tasmania.
Earlier
this year a group formed the Jenny Roberts Foundation to provide a
support service to families wanting to participate in the programme.
It is in the first stages of acceptance as a Gift recipient by the
Tax department.
